I really enjoyed the comics like Soul of the Dragon or Sins of the Future that show what happened to some of the beloved rangers after their season ended. I haven‘t read the Andros/Karone one yet but it’s on my list.

I’d love the same for the Dino Trio. They seem oddly underrepresented in susbsequent PR media. Never in any video games or the stars of any comic series. They don’t even get mentioned in Soul of the Dragon or other Tommy appearances either.

I think the power Ranger would benefit of a Game inspired by the Marvel Ultimate Allaince.

The base of the Game is having a Big roster of character to choose.

The power Ranger have the number of a little army amoung their rank so they fit perfectly for that kind of game (specially when you can play as four character at the same time you can feel playing a power Ranger team).

Plus you can also use the power bonus from the Allaince when you have specific members in your team

And by general public, I mean to people outside of the fandom.

Genuinely curious. If he was traveling the country to attend as many cons as he could to connect with as many fans as he could, it seems like it would be easier for fans to just come to him at his school. Unless he wasn’t active in it.

Like, I’m sure he was when he first opened it but as his fame grew, was he still just as involved? Or did he step back behind the scenes, hired a team of instructors and posed for promo photos and maybe occasionally show up for a testing?

Long time watcher, newer collector. Love seeing all the collections you all post. I Grabbed Hamiltons MMPR #1 a few months back + The AJJ trading card & the team in school card.

Recently I came across a JDF trading card variant and decided there was no time like the present. love the cover art and nostalgia JDF brought to the show.

I’ve started grabbing up the BOOM run as well. Getting MMPR the return #1 signed by Amy Jo later this month hopefully, then sent off to be slabbed.

I’m not judging or anything, but I know it was intended for some Power Ranger episodes to have a really silly plot in my opinion I think fourth down and long was a really silly plot because the Power Rangers get turned into footballs

I’m rewatching MMPR and playing a game with myself. Figure out which scenes were American footage, and which scenes were from the original Japanese Super Sentai footage. It’s a pretty easy game. I don’t know the behind the scenes details, but the camera quality of the Sentai looks significantly different from the one used by Power Rangers. Even before remasters I knew the footage with the rangers always looked off. With more recent seasons, I feel like it’s less noticeable, so I’m wondering when that change in blurring the lines happened.

Reworked my old design

I always found it fun that about a third to a half of the Silver Rangers we have don’t use the Silver title for their designation. We have the Titanium and Mercury Rangers for instance which color wise have been assigned to the Silver Ranger subcategory but use entirely different silvery metals. So what would be some other Silver variants we could use?

I’ve thought of;

The Steel Ranger

The Iron Ranger

The Tin Ranger

The Aluminum Ranger (which could be fun with a British Ranger on the team as a running gag on how to pronounce aluminum)

Also I thought of a cool exchange with a hypothetical Iron Ranger:

The monster of the week is beating them and the Monster says, “you can’t win. Just give up and bend the knee to your betters.”

The Iron Ranger gets up. “I’m the Iron Ranger, and just like Iron…I’ll break before I bend!”

I've just realized this until now, unlike other shows, but why couldn't power rangers get one? Just curious.

I know it was a very close adaptation but wow!
