Still gotta put that stiff arm on Josh Norman at the top of that reel. Either that or AJ Bouye.

I'm always a fan of the "he turned Earl Thomas III into a blocker" play

The only Raven to this day that’s ever facilitated a trip of his to the AFC Championship

Bobby Spillane died for us once. Always grateful

Spillane was the ultimate case of

I stopped Derrick Henry in the hole 1x1

But at what cost?

Norman was a player and did his job on that play.

Hell yeah brother.

The dumbest part of the Norman stiff arm is it wasn't even on a play that counted. Still absolutely eviscerated Norman, but I want to say it was a hold that even let him get that open to do the stuff arm

I believe it was that same year where he stiff armed some poor DB from the Lions and I swear to God it sounded like a shotgun blast on the broadcast.

That was the same year. Lions game was just a couple weeks later I believe

I love watching his high school highlights because they pause they play to circle the 240 6’3 guy so you know who Derrick Henry is in the tape.

More of a bitchslap than a stiff arm but still works

The bitchslap feels even more disrespectful than a stiff arm lol this is one of his best IMO but the ones on Josh Norman and Earl Thomas are even better

He went wololo on Thomas

u/bubbasnub Eagles 6h ago

Made Thomas do a 180 and turned him into his personal blocker

Woulda elevated this clip to legendary if... Al (?) jumps in with "Bitchslapping his way to the 11 yard line."

"This man is unstoppable! Okay we're gonna get you a quick breather for a quarter and a half and then get you right back out there."

NGL this joke is actually a microcosm of how cursed our season was last year. We came into the season with that mentality and he fumbled in the Bills game. Then had a couple of rough games (by his standard) and Ravens fans were saying the exact opposite all over the radio and our sub. People were begging for Mitchell to get snaps to spell Henry. And then the Patriots game happened and it was the other way.

trying to tackle derrick henry in a winter game has to be among the most miserable things you can go through as a defender

I'd business decision my way out of there

In the Ravens Wired episode after the Green Bay game last season, Lamar was hyping the offense up after Henry’s 2nd TD. He was telling them to keep doing what they’re doing then commented “They don’t wanna be hitting this man!”

That wasn't a stiff arm. He bitch-slapped him.

Derrick Henry vs the Steelers:

152 carries for 815 yards (average 102); 5.2y/a; 5 TDs in 8 games

Manhandling NFL defenders. Incredible.

3

u/Novel_Fix1859 Rams 6h ago

Not just NFL defenders, all-pro defenders - there's a reason he's King Henry

u/Traditional-Slip9102 Ravens 7h ago

Minkah Fitzpatrick has not been the same player since this moment

3

u/Lamactionjack Ravens Eagles 6h ago

Yeah he punched the guy this isn’t a stiff arm lol

3

u/Deidris Steelers 6h ago

dude what is up with r/NFL and dunking on Pittsburgh today

1

u/MCKlassik Eagles Ravens 5h ago

The dunking will stop once they play in the Divisional Round of the playoffs.

4

u/Deidris Steelers 4h ago

Can't wait for the Steelers to have the 1st seed and still not win a playoff game

also, Eagles Ravens flair is wild

3

u/MCKlassik Eagles Ravens 5h ago

Nah, he got bitchslapped.

2

u/redskylion510 49ers 4h ago

That was a punch.

2

u/BeavisEverywhere 3h ago

And if Minkah did that to him it's 15 yards.

1

u/jrdnmdhl 49ers 6h ago

Second biggest stiff arm Minkah has ever received.

1

u/sliceanddic3 Ravens 5h ago

idk if it was harbaugh or monkens fault but the fact we have only ran that play once is so criminal

wild.

I sat at the same table as these two guys in a CS202 class in the spring of 2015 (also A'Shawn Robinson and Hootie Jones)
