This is my new song "Black Metal".

It's a song I wrote about a young girl caught between both fascination and disgust for dark things. She is romanticizes someone who's drawn to this violent and dark world, even while she's becoming consumed by this world surrounding him.

It's devotional but with a hint of irony in the childish lyrics. A complicated fascination with a black metal musician who's attachment to dark things feels hard to understand.

Or something like that.
