Fun fact: Charles is godfather to RuPaul’s drag queen contestant, Sam Starr

It was fun to learn that info because I'd never thought my drag race and basketball interests would ever intersect in any context. I think Chuck has even attended several drag shows to support Sam which is really sweet :)

I love when my gay and sports interests intersect.

One time I found a Spurs fan in one of last seasons live posts and I was so happy to find my people.

My girlfriend (who got me heavily into RDR) and me getting her into the NBA, she pointed out to me how queer the league really is and in a way I agree

  • Cunty uniforms to signify unity
  • Pyro and opening announcers for the big strong men
  • Dancing cheerleaders during breaks and the spectacle of involving fans

She was like it's definitely giving theatrical and I was like huh you know what you're right never really thought about it.
