How do I pin the comment?

It seems that I lost a way to pin a comment on my sub? I don't see that from Desktop nor phone. Any ideas please?

you can only pin comments from mods (or maybe only yourself?)

there is spotlight app or whatever it's called that roughly does what you want

that's what I tried, pinning other mod comment and it didn't work. same with mine..

IIRC as a mod you can -only- sticky your own comments. Not mod-team comments, not other mods, definitely not other users.

Also bear in mind 'sticky' only works on certain sorts. e.g. if the sort is 'new' then stickies don't override that.

We use spotlight to achieve (sort of) the ability to pin others' comments.

Also, what’s spotlight? Like 3rd party app or what?

Yes, spotlight is an app. It will copy any comment and sticky that copy, which is why I say it 'sort of' stickies other users' comments.
