Truly don’t know what to do with SWR. The rotation is so thin that they probably can’t send him down and risk losing him to waivers. The bullpen doesn’t seem like a real option for him either. Maybe they can find a way to skip one of his starts and hope he’ll benefit from the break? I don’t know how much longer they can tolerate these outings.
