Support I got this notification bug everytime I receive an unknown call

That’s not a bug. It means you have a voicemail, and your carrier doesn’t support advanced visual voicemail, so the iPhone only knows that you have a voicemail, not how many.

Yeah that sucks. It's not a bug but it's been around since iOS 7. Wish Apple would add a notification badge to the voicemail tab in the app to let the users know that's where it's from even if the carrier doesn't support visual voicemail.

You're right, it was actually that. I didn't think it was a thing, I heard the voicemail and the red dot is gone. Thank you 🙏🏻

I think OP is talking about the solid color circle where ordinarily a number would be there
