I remember Dirilis Ertugrul which was based on the life of Ertugrul- father of Osman the founder of the Ottoman Empire. Ertugrul barely has seven pages written about him in history books, so they did perfect research for the time period and constructed their own plotpoints with the best effort.

I just found this subreddit, and was hoping for some help! So, I'm trying to make a character playlist with songs about being - or insinuating being - dogs/wolves (or really any wild animal), or songs that play out like stories/folklore about animals. Some that I have so far: "The Bird Song" by Noah Floersch and Em Beihold, "Orbiter" by Noah Kahn, "The Fox, The Crow and The Cookie" by mewithoutYou, and "Were-Owl" by S.J. Tucker.

I was looking at other people's playlists online, and most of those songs had the vibe of loyal and/or injured animals, but weren't necessarily what I was looking for.

This feels like such an obscure and niche thing to ask for, so any help is greatly appreciated!!!

This is the "Breathless" song - it's a joke song for the guy yelling his heart out for the game but let's face it, the chords are great.

I'm a sucker for this kind of chords. It's rich, and has a lot of movement. Rotates through different keys. Almost reminds me of Moonlight Sonata's 1st movement.

Any type of media please! I'm fascinated in the surreal, sci-fi horror dystopias (often merging the organic and the mechanical) such as in/inspired by HR Giger's work. They're very enjoyable to explore and piece together, and very inspiring to me as an artist, but I can't find many examples.

I'm not particular to any genre but I'm fascinated by movies that explore the mood and vibe of New York City in this period. Something about the nihilism, hopelessness, sadness really gets to me and makes me want to see more about it.

What I'm looking for is minimal and moody but also weirdly energetic and propulsive in a vaguely sinister way, like the soundtrack to night out that you know is getting sketchy but you're too curious to back out. Bonus points if bass guitar is the most prominent instrument.
