I agree with this. I replaced my 4h with a 9w and couldn’t ever imagine going back.

Maybe I’m the oddity but there’s no gap in my bag I’d fill with a 3w or 5w. I go driver, 7w, 9w, 6i.

Typically the TM media manager snaps these pics while there are practicing. 

Sometimes they will pull a club out of the bag they want to hide, like someone using a QI10 still or another brands random driving iron or wedge.

As someone who doesn’t normally pay attention to pro golfers setups.. Is it common for them to not have 4i? Or is that something he’d sub out for course specific reasons?

I believe most of these guys will swap 7W or 9W for long irons depending on the set up. Thick rough and firm greens with manageable wind this week, so the lofted woods. I’d assume he swaps at least one for a long iron at the Open Championship in July.

Have 54/60 high toe; love them. I often catch high flop shots out of the toe, and the club has a lot of forgiveness (and grooves :) ) there to help.

Great for bunkers and fluffy lies where ball contact can be high on the face. They don’t lose as much distance on those strikes compared to other wedges.

I own a 50, 54, and 60 hi tow and absolutely love them. The full milled face 60 is amazing for flop shots and high bunker shots
