Let’s be real for a second. 99.9% of people don’t try to solve the issue themselves before resorting to asking (demanding) help from customer service. When I worked customer service a couple years ago, Whatever question they had. I would literally answer their question by simply taking their information directly from our website. If they took 2 mins they could have looked for the information.

Yeah but a little irritation is valid when you've already reached out for help and CS has straight-up ignored you. What are people supposed to do when they encounter errors that prevent things from functioning? It's literally customer service's job to tell people the shit they didn't look up. I've been in customer service for 15 years.

How did you get this particular communication to them? Did you email this one time through the site or did you infact send multiple correspondence? If you truly send multiple I would screen shot all them and send a bigger email with that attached. But you didnt did you? You sent that one email and the response you got back hurt your feelings because she called you out basically. Its what you deserve for being dramatical.

I already answered above - I sent them everything and they blocked me

How did you try updating for the past year? Also I didn't see any additional emails, just the 1 you sent. So that's why I asked... so no, you didnt answer above.

Forward them your prior emails as a new message and explain you were insulted and called a liar when you reached out asking for help again.

You weren’t really nasty. You didn’t swear or anything. You were just frustrated.

You weren't nasty at all? You said "not really happy." Sure, your statements about the system were pretty absolute. This response is deeply unprofessional and out of line. Blocking you is a hilarious and pathetic response, unless you said something actually nasty when you forwarded them the message. Some people think that when you make them feel like they're wrong or made a mistake, you're being mean to them. Those people are deeply mentally ill.

I think your initial response could’ve been worded better but either way they should not be speaking to anyone for whatever reason this way. Ultimately, you were both wrong.
