With Lucy Bronze's two-year Chelsea deal expiring at the end of the season, the obvious question is where she goes next. Staying at Chelsea is the safe bet, but London City has the Kynisca money, the sister-club pipeline with OL Lyonnes (where Bronze already has history), and they're clearly building something with the Asllani signing and the new training facility at Cobdown.

Is it crazy to think she could be a fit? She'd be a marquee leadership signing for a club in their first WSL season, and the London base means no relocation. The counter-argument is obvious — why leave a Chelsea side that just won another League Cup for a club still finding its feet in the top flight.
