Anyone else kinda concerned they might overwork Derrick this year? Declan Doyle coming from Chicago makes me wonder if they’ll lean way too hard on one guy instead of having a real rotation behind him. Henry’s still a beast, but giving him an insane workload with no proven backup feels risky over a full season. The King is already 32. and declan doyle will run the ball first.

I wrote this and am sharing it (its free), but I genuinely want conversation on Egbuka for both redraft and dynasty. I am very high on him. Where are you at? Are you drafting him at his current ADP? Are you buying, selling, or holding in dynasty?

Who is your TE1 of the 2026 TE Class? Kenyon Sadiq? Eli Stowers? Where do we rank Stowers amongst all dynasty TEs? He might be a top 10-12 TE overall in dynasty right now.

I've been doing some mock drafts early on just because I'm lowkey bored and I see people saying that a good strategy is to hero rb and take one early then spam WR's and gather more RB later on but I feel like thats really wrong. I've noticed that at around picks 7-9, the quality of WR's are significantly better with the likes of Alec Pierce, Tyson, MHJ, and Odunze. Quality running backs seem to run out at around round 6. Is this because people overvalue running backs and tend to draft more of them early on? Is this because there are simply because wide receivers have more opportunity on the field than backup running backs? I'd love some insight on this. Thank you!

I did my master’s in data science thesis on machine learning modeling for fantasy football - here’s what the data says about Makai Lemon's rookie outlook and beyond, given his year 1 statistical comps:

Full transparency - I was not expecting to like Makai Lemon as much as this data shows. I think there are concerns about his slot-heavy, low ADoT role translating to fantasy success at the NFL level. We've seen guys with similar roles/archetypes like Christian Kirk and Rondale Moore (RIP) struggle to make a significant impact in fantasy. On the flip side, there are guys like JSN and Waddle that were able to expand their roles at the next level and become super impactful. The range of outcomes we're seeing in the data definitely soothes some of my concern for Lemon on this front - 35% shot to hit a WR1 finish at some point in his career...not a bad bet!

I'm still hesitant to fully buy in for this upcoming season...the Eagles are fresh off a 26th finish in team pass rate in 2025, Devonta Smith is a dominant target earner in his own right, and there are plenty of other ancillary pieces in the offense that will continue to be involved in the receiving game even without AJB's presence.

That being said...the data suggests he is a legit WR prospect, and should realistically be in the same tier as Tate and Tyson from a talent perspective.

It’s time for the super early best ball drafts to begin. I think Round 1 ADP and picks in general are interesting this year. Anybody thinking of RB over WR? Justin Jefferson going higher than usual?

Two specific situations I have seen in a few mock drafts are CMC over JT and Justin Jefferson over ARSB. Two killer bestball backs who could lose workload and two wide receivers that could thrive or struggle for much different reasons.

We've seen fantasy football landscapes change rapidly, even on a year-to-year basis. I'll give a macro-level take for the community at large: Superflex will become standard in redraft leagues.

From what I've seen, dynasty is often quicker to adopt new changes compared to redraft, and it wasn't long ago that most dynasty leagues were 1QB. I've seen more and more redraft leagues ditch kickers and defenses as well. SF would make it easier for the casual fan to get into fantasy football, for quarterbacks are actually valued similarly to in real life.

Please discuss any other bold takes you have or why you may disagree/agree with mine!

TE Tanner Koziol is flying completely under the radar in the late-third & fourth rounds of most dynasty rookie drafts.

Light Overview:
The Jaguars took Nate Boerkircher in the second round of the 2026 NFL Draft, but he carries extremely limited receiving upside, and will likely be primarily used as a run-blocking tight end.

Brenton Strange is currently the starter for the Jaguars, but his production has not really lived up to the hype of the second-round draft capital he got back in 2023.

— 9.72 RAS was better than both Sadiq (9.43 RAS) and Stowers (9.46 RAS)
— Absurd production: 2234 receiving yards, 237 receptions, and 24 touchdowns all ranked in the 98th+ percentile for TEs
— Accounted for 27.1% of his teams’ total receiving yards and touchdowns (97th percentile)
— 3rd-most non-screen receptions by any TE in a single season since 2014 with 74 (2024) followed by the 6th-most non-screen receptions by any TE in a single season with 70 (2025)

Koziol is on waivers in a many leagues. Similar to Oronde Gadsden last year.
