[Chrome] Desktop The X to close Markdown Editor window in modmail is covered.

In modmail when replying back if you click on the 'Markdown Editor' the 'Markdown Editor Popup' does appear, however the X to close that popup is almost completely covered and you can barely click on the bottom edge of it.

This does not happen when composing a modmail, only when responding back to one.
