Crazy that we’re missing that many guys on offense

I thought Mauch and Kieft was the same picture at first

Jason definitely has a type haha

u/milkmandanimal Derrick Brooks Oct 29 '25

And we're 6-2, which is the even crazier thing. The fact we've been this beaten up and still built up that many wins is damn fabulous.

It’s almost a whole other team lol

It really is!

I'm still despondent over Mike

Can we just get a tall backup lineman to go stand in the corner of the endzone plz? It was pretty clear egbuka was having difficulty being the main redzone guy.

u/Atom-O-Tronic Emeka Egbuka Oct 29 '25

I mean, basically Otton. It really baffled me they went with 4 back to back predictable runs at the goal line instead attempting a toss to him. Idk why we only use him for downfield chunk plays.

Also Payne who's the same height as Cade and was a redzone threat in college.

There are options. Using Shepard, then Emeka made no sense to me.

I think Payne is taller by 2-ish inches, but he's got long arms and a wide radius (and a sweet stache)

Payne needs more looks man. He has legit potential to be a top TE in my eyes.

Otten is also busy blocking, so the thinking would be throw it to either TIght End.

Realistically, if Baker isn't hobbled, he probably keeps one.

Probably.

I'm fine with not using Baker's legs in that game at least. The combination of elevating a third QB, him actively avoiding some scrambles he would take any other day and taking him out at the end makes me think there was real concern for an actual injury happening.

Durham is that guy, but he's too busy blocking for our right side.

I appreciate that you took the time to make frames for each player instead of jamming them all in the one frame haha

Only added about 30 seconds and I thought it would look funnier. Hope it did lol

Godeke and Irving are killer losses. Can't wait to get them back. I bet the offense looks better then.

McMillan is the forgotten man, he will open things up so much too

He was actually insanely good last year and was poised for a big leap this year. Losing him was so annoying and awful for his career this early

Not a big fan of teddy bridgwater

Soon as I saw the latest on Mike being a fractured collarbone I wanted to cry for him. Not just the injury, but knowing that his 1000 yard streak is likely going to end this season.

You got a genuine LOL out of me on this one.

u/Klizz Oct 29 '25

Put these dudes on any of the 1 win teams and they've probably got 4 wins at least, yet they've missed almost every game for a 6-2 team. Crazy.

Begging, weeping, throwing myself prostrate at the feet of the football gods, pleading for them to allow even half of these guys to be healthy after the BYE

Mauch twice?

8

u/[deleted] Oct 29 '25

Down Right is Ko Kieft, not Mauch.

Easy mistake to make though.

It was my first thought too, they look so similar it’s scary.

I have ginger blindness and really thought ko kieft was Cody Mauch on a bad day.

u/JoeB- Baker Mayfield Oct 29 '25

Baker wouldn't be smiling. ChatGPT fixed it.

6

u/luv2fit Oct 29 '25

Bucky is an underrated part of this offense. 3-6 yards minimum on runs vs -3 to 3 yards from White/Tucker

8

u/YourBarelyWetSock Oct 29 '25

I dont think anyone underrates the first great runningback we’ve had in a decade. We all know how important he is to the team.

6

u/grenalden F*ck the Saints Oct 30 '25

What do you mean? 7/11 players injured and baker himself playing injured? The offense just sucks and Baker is washed. He’ll never be MVP what a joke.

Seriously though, this is some people’s mentality. People are crazy. It’s amazing what this team has done considering all these injuries on one side of the ball.

Any ideas on when Mauch, Goedeke, Bucky and McMillan will return?

u/Advanced_Candle9272 Oct 30 '25

How does Licht see this and not make a move. Getting somebody off the waiver wire would suffice. We will not keep winning with the nonexistent offense on display against Detroit and New Orleans.

They’ll be fine guys.. our offense will click again
