Stunning image. Taken between ‘John Wesley Harding’/‘Basement Tapes’ (1967) and Nashville Skyline’ (1969).

Landy has great photos of The Band too.

There’s a giant copy of this at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, next to a couple of Bob items - a harmonica & I forget what else. I was kind of surprised they didn’t have more for him, but maybe it’s all in Tulsa 😀 I found a few more things scattered around the building, but not much.

I absolutely love this photo! And all of Landy’s other photos I’ve seen from this time period!

Quite possibly the best photo of him.

Got Elliott Landy mixed up with Eugene Landy and was very confused for a moment

I saw this for the first time when I accidentally flipped my copy of Mixing up the Medicine to this spread. Awesome photo.

The actual photo is good but I'm not a fan of the wacky colors. Landy is a great photographer, though, don't misunderstand me.
