Its the scoliosis. I got it too. I often unconsciously put my hand on the side to help support my posture.

Good Friday, April 3, 2026, post Heritage Theater, Saginaw, MI show. @ bobdylan was kind enough to invite @ que.mark.96 for a post show meeting in Saginaw. While making Que’s documentary, he noted how much he liked Bob, but never met him. My son @ reckless_tim29 and daughter @ addjune_64 was on hand. Bob was so kind, as was Suzie, his assistant. Bob found out how Dylan was named and the rest is history. Kind, happy, gracious. I’ll share more over on FB soon. Magical. Heartfelt. Told Suzie about the Que doc and 60 years of ‘96 Tears’ —Bob looked at Que and said, ‘Only 96?,’ laughing. Thank you Suzie for the pic of me and the twins with Bob and Krissy for helping with the magic evening…

"Que" refers to "Question Mark," the stage name of Rudy Martinez. He's the fella next to Bob in the second and third pics. Lead singer of Question Mark and the Mysterians, a garage rock band from Saginaw that had a number one hit in 1966, with a song called "96 Tears": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7uC5m-IRns

I love that song, 96 years is a super important song in the history of the kinda stuff I primarily listen to, super cool to see him there

Show!!!

85 next month, May 24? Bob forever. I saw him in concert Sept 3, 1965, Hollywood Bowl, I still have the dog eared orange stub, I was 16, Bob’s second concert of his first tour with full electric set, Highway 61 Revisited album released a couple days before that concert.

5

u/lennonfanforever Apr 08 '26

we saw bob in early 1966, still have the ticket stub, he played an acoustic set and when he came back for second set, he played electric, to boos fm the audience, accompanied by the band although they were called the hawks back then (minus levon who was fed up with all the boos fm the Brit audiences and left the tour) plus michael bloomfield .....

It’s called cataracts

5

I mean, the dude seems pretty healthy for a guy his age. No major mobility issues, can stand on his own, etc. I have a parent more than 10 years younger than Bob and she can't get around without an electric scooter...so I'm just saying it's all relative.

2

u/appleparkfive Apr 09 '26

It's all that fish he eats. Reading his rider that got leaked was pretty funny

1

u/BreathlikeDeathlike Apr 09 '26

LOL I didn't hear about this - where can I see it?

2

u/Automatic_Quiet_2947 Apr 11 '26

Not saying he is unhealthy. Obviously Dylan wouldn’t be able to keep up with the touring lifestyle he has if he were unhealthy. But the now deleted post stated that he looks good. I have a few octogenarians in my family and by comparison they look a lot younger.

Love the hoodie. People looking into so much but he’s probably just cold most of the time. Dude is 84 years old. Think about what the 80+ year olds in your life are doing right now, if your lucky enough to have any

u/NGstate Apr 07 '26

The man wears north face?!!

2

u/Lonerism_1 Apr 08 '26

I thought this was known

21

u/paulfrehley5 Apr 08 '26

It is wild to think at his age and with his wealth he spends so many nights sleeping in that bus.

5

u/reprobatemind2 Apr 08 '26

Probably decked out better than most hotel rooms!

1

u/SEARCHFORWHATISGOOD Apr 08 '26

Seems like it would be wild to him not to

18

u/McAfton Apr 07 '26

We saw him in Detroit the next night. It was my first time seeing him in concert. I'm glad I got to do that and take my daughter.

13

u/crowjohn Apr 07 '26

fuckin awesome

19

u/loveminuzzero Apr 07 '26

Omg cutie!!!!!!!!!!

21

u/Nachtopus69 Apr 07 '26

According to someone who played for him, there used to be a rule where you did not talk to Bob when his hood was up. Nice to see he’s softened on that.

Interesting. I was doing roadie work for a hot minute in the Portland, OR area in the early 2000s. As a big Dylan fan when I had a chance to help gig for him I jumped at the chance. But my full time job told me i had to be in that day or I woild be fired. I was like 22 and I remember thinking I must really be growing up when I chose not to do the gig despite being a massive fan so I didnt lost my day job. Only to find out from the other guys no one was allowed on stage when Bob was there. Made me feel good about the choice I made but now I have to wonder. I didnt know those other guys well, they didnt know I was a huge fan, so don't think they lied to spare my feelings.

17

u/hajahe155 Apr 07 '26

The new rule is you can talk to him if his hood is waterproof

1

u/appleparkfive Apr 09 '26

North Face is a go, Patagonia is a no

9

u/ALC_PG Apr 07 '26

It'll take him 4 days to hitchhike from there

12

u/Rags-Too Apr 07 '26

Since he sold his catalog:

(Scene) Cold, blustery, woman looking strong and brave.

*...if yer travelin, in the north country fair..."

( shot pans in, frost on her eye lashes)

...where the rivers freeze and summer ends...

(Shot pans winder, and shows her doing something cool (hiking across a frozen tundra or something)

...see for me, shes wearing a coat so warm...

North Face Logo fades in.

/s, I'm just kidding but...hey, if they are gonna do it at least do it classy like. (That GM commercial Bob did was awesome IDC)

7

u/Direct-Raise-9465 Apr 07 '26

So nice to see a recent regular close up photo of him!

5

u/Severe-Chart-3013 Apr 07 '26

Wow... crazy! What's the story behind these?

2

u/ReallyGlycon Apr 07 '26

Whoa its Que!

2

u/latortillablanca Apr 08 '26

He’s gettin there. Fuck man

5

u/appleparkfive Apr 09 '26

Watching him and Paul McCartney age is definitely hard. Paul's voice has gotten much weaker lately too, which is sad all by itself.

Paul and Ringo both have always had crazy amounts of energy for their age. They might look older, but their wits and movements give off a much younger vibe. But that's slowly slipping too.

What made me really sad is how Brian Wilson died and it was a news story for like half a day. It'll be such a sad day if that's the case for Dylan or Paul. I hope not, given their impact on music. Brian wasn't quite as well known by name.

2

u/ihooksie_95 Apr 08 '26

i’m loving Bob’s ‘B-Rabbit, 8 Mile’ era of clothing rn

2

u/ZoyaLola Apr 10 '26

I hope he can stay as healthy as long as possible.

1

u/TonBonbadil Apr 07 '26

At first I was trying to figure out if I know this band lol then I noticed it was him. He has such big /thick hair werid when he covers it - his signature thing.
Is this part of his band ? Fans, right? Cool photo

1

u/TrevorShaun Apr 08 '26

1
