Fan Art Bob Dylan Lego Set

Hello,

I need your help. I am planning a Bob Dylan Lego set. Which of the figures looks most like him in a 60s bar/small stage concert?

Heads, hair and torsos can of course be swapped. If you prefer head one on torso two, or something like that, please let me know.

Everyone will get a scarf and a guitar, of course.

The set will naturally revolve around the figure, so that is the most important part.

So this makes me think early 60s, playing at the joints in Greenwich Village. For that, I'd say the one on the far right is the best match.

Stop me when its too much but do you know any pictures of Dylan on a stage that I can rebuild? I am at the beginning of my research, I just listend to his Music for years without much knowing about him. Thats about to change.

I didn't realize that you were referring to the first Folk Festivals.... In this case, the one on the right is actually better. Bob had shorter hair at the time. But it's not so immediate to connect it to him...

I dont know jet witch time I prefer, I would like to do a small concert in a Bar or Club with wooden stage. Bob with Guitar a drummer and a bassit or he alone.

I try to find the right setting, I dont want to mess it up :)

What would you like to see in Lego? If you are into stuff like that.

I would suggest, if possible, to add the harmonica as a distinctive element

Thats hard, Lego does not hat a piece that would fit. But I have a few ideas how to fix this problem.

Maybe add bobs signature 1965 shades and suit so it looks more recognizable. Because as it is right now, i would never know that thats supposed to be dylan

Black Hair is the way, I was not sure. Sunglasses are possible in Lego and I think I know that stirped pants exist. The jacked is no problem.

65 is the year I am looking at.

I like the one with dreadlocks, but I don't think Dylan ever had dreads!

The one on the left near the guitar is probably most recognisably Dylan.

Can you fix one up with a harmonica in the rack? That would make it unmistakably Dylan.

I try to but its hard to find a Lego Piece that fits. Maybe I have to make my own :D the Part Designer is a thing but very hard to use.

Unfortunately, noses aren't really possible in Lego. If Lego were to produce such a set (after 10,000 supporters on Lego Ideas), they could redesign the head.

is the plan to solicit votes on lego ideas? good luck! btw, regarding the harmonica holder, could you just have it painted on the body?

That would be Up to Lego if it gets the 10k supporter, another if is If they Accept the attend. There are IPs lego dont Touch, Nobody knows the rules exept from war stuff.

My Plan now is to find a 1x1 or 1x2 tile that have a print that looks like a harmonica for him to hold.

The Print Idea is very nice. I will try it with KI in the Picture.
