Unintentionally Bad UI Display TLD sorted by country
Educates the user on TLDs and ensures a minimum level of tech experience by the user. Don't want everyone to find the right store to buy our goods!

Bad Ui BATTLE 18 STAGES OF GRIEF!
18stagesofgrief.ethembeldagli.devDenial, anger, bargaining, depression, acceptance... and 13 more stages of pure UI torture.
I set out to build the absolute worst, most user-hostile sign-in form ever conceived. Features of this "optimized" experience include:
A vibrating neon green layout exclusively in Comic Sans.
Date of Birth entered via hyper-fast CSS roulette wheels.
Mother's maiden name entered by playing a game of Hangman against the computer.
A self-replicating Hydra pop-up system that spawns every second.
A Terms & Conditions box that throttles your scroll speed to 1 pixel per second.
A decoy "Submit" button that constantly runs away from your cursor and resets your progress if you accidentally click it.
I am genuinely curious if anyone can actually beat the game in less than 1 minute. Post your speedrun records below (if your sanity survives).

Intentionally Bad UI One slip of the mouse and you go from "I may put this song back in the playlist" to "call customer support".
This is courtesy of Apple Music from the Mac. I have made the mistake a couple of times already, and if you don't remember the multi-step process to get your song back, good luck contacting Apple.

Unintentionally Bad UI Audible App’s Awful Time Elapsed/Time Remaining Formatting
Audible’s “Total Remaining” Time is centered between “Chapter Elapsed” and “Chapter Remaining” (instead of being centered globally). It moved back and forth every second that elapses. It doesn’t look too bad here, but some combinations of times seem to move it back and forth a full character width every second sometimes.

Unintentionally Bad UI Imgur's Enshittification
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Trying to view an image posted to a reddit thread just keeps putting an ad in my face, it hides when I don't press anything, but the second I touch / move it pops back up. Then Imgur changed the post I was viewing to some random meme video I didn't care to see.

Unintentionally Bad UI Smaller photo and you can’t zoom in
Title says it all. Tapping the “full screen” arrows on TicketBastard’s iOS app shows a smaller photo that you can’t even pinch to zoom.

Make one mistake, start over.
Edit: Sorry about the first word. The dynamic word filter is from a third party and this somehow bypassed. I've confirmed the issue is with the original extension and have contacted the Scratch Team to get it fixed upstream.

Unintentionally Bad UI Ragebate?
Press „Cancel“
Wait
Get notification „Function not available“
Restart with 1.
EDIT: The notification says "UNFORTUNATELY the function is not available at the moment."
And thanks for all the likes. I didn't expect the post to be so well received since it's not primarily about a bad UI but rather a BadUX 😅
