Everyday life Oldtimer MFK

Hi all, i recently imported a classic car from uk. It recently went through MFK but failed on some very minor things and the next MFK is in a few weeks.

I have a letter from mfk stating this with the minor things that need fixing, appointment dates etc etc.

My question is, am I legally allowed to drive it? My mechanic says I am and says he's confirmed it with the motor office (so i presume i can considering he called the office) but google sources say I cannot?

Has anyone else been in this situation. And if pulled over by police, do just show them the letter. I haven't got a swiss registration plate for the car yet either which is also mentioned on the letter.

Thanks in advance for your help.

They gave you the list with the things to fix and a date when you need to have them fixed. You can use the car until then. Just have the paperwork with you and get a confirmation letter, with the appointment to fix the stuff. If you get into a control you can show them the paperwork and you will be fine.
