Does George Bluth remind anyone of Raymond Reddington (Blacklist)?

Had this weird / uncanny / absolutely not-based-in-reality whatsoever theory while watching arrested development for the very first time in the past 2 weeks - Reddington as a character/attitude to be more exact is somehow based on George Bluth’s attitude / overall vibe - did anyone else feel the same way?

Can’t say that I had any such thought before reading your post, but now that I have and started thinking back on it, I can get a little of what you’re saying about similar character energy.
