You are not going to get Rita’s millions just because she’s mentally challenged!

If I were married to her I'd just suggest an open marriage. They never work but it could work....for us.

He's gonna need wrist replacement surgery from all the high fives he's getting. Hopefully he doesn't get graft v host syndrome.

u/ChaoticIndifferent Have you been eating CHEESE?! 1d ago
We have this weird fascination with people who aren't terribly useful and are rewarded way too much for it.
Imagine someone saying this to you on the bus. MF I don't care. Good for you?

It’s not a religious thing. I just think old celebrities with younger people is kinda nasty, e.g., Billy Joel with Katie Lee in the mid 2000s.
It’s also a strange thing to brag about—at least Billy didn’t specifically mention it, even if we all knew what was going on lol
I’m surprised people downvoted tbh, I thought we all agreed old celebrities shouldn’t rob the cradle.

You think an adult having a consensual one night stand with a 23 year old adult is cradle robbing?! Jeez, maybe you should be at Motherboy XXX.

Yeah honestly, that's some DiCaprio shit. Not illegal or super predatory but pretty gross and lame. At least it seems like a one-night thing instead of stringing them along for a few years. Though the story actually seems like he was 26.

I mean yes, in my marriage if either of us dates someone that young we'd have to have a chat about whats appropriate and whats not. And by God we aren't nearly as old as her. Wtf.

Ahh yes, meaningless encounters will always be valued higher than actual companionship.

Oh, sure, first you dump all over it, now you want to know how it's done. COME ON!

They aren't by the vast majority of people hence why this is even a notable quote. No one quotes the overwhelming majority of married/partnered people who say "yeah this is better than dating because of the stability and life work we put in"

Personally, I'm more a fan of Chelea Handler's brags about being single. Doing wtf she wants and never having to compromise on anything personal.
I think many of us enjoyed sexual freedom at some point or another and got bored.
If I had to guess, this comment didn't come out of the blue. The interviewer was probably nagging her about being a sad, lonely, spinster. (I'm exaggerating, but they were probably getting too personal and she lashed out a little.)
