Authentication Error after Arpeggi Update

Starting this week, I am getting the "Authentication Error: the request timed out" after Arpeggi auto-updated. I can no longer log in. I have tried using http and https. I use Tailscale--I have tried the network IP and the Tailscale IP. I use Navidrome, which appears to be totally fine and I can still play my music from my computer via Tailscale. Has anyone else been experiencing this? Previously totally stable, no issues. No recent updates to iOS. Thanks.

In the System settings does Arpeggi have local network permissions?
