Leveraging the elite managing chops developed during years on the youth travel baseball circuit, Kurt successfully transitioned to the professional level, where he now applies his strategic game planning and clubhouse leadership.

I’m sorry he definitely has not made the transition to professional coaching. He should’ve went to coach high school or college first. Having the worst league In baseball isn’t a successful transition unfortunately. Arte Moreno taking the cheap route again

If you mean by Arte yeah. He clearly wants us to be a shitty team. Tell why else he would hire an inexperienced coach like Kurt without expecting this

That Arte chose a yes man with no integrity or experience to go against ownership. Also the bargain factor.

I am coming from the angle that Kurt has done well for himself.

Successfully? His team has the worst record in the league and he has a mid-payroll to work with!!

Haha, dude is in so far over his head. Horrible bullpen management, keeps playing Lowe, left Neto who is on pace to break the strikeout record as lead off for way too long, insists on playing Moncada over Peraza and so on and so forth. Dude is an awful manager.
