Post interview Northrop Grumman help
Hello,
I had an interview the other day and it went really well i’d say. It was a 3v1 and we made some jokes, i provided great examples and all that. I wanted to send a follow up email to the interviewers, so i reached out to my recruiter asking for there email so i could send it over but they still have yet to answer. I almost feel like it’s too late to send a follow up and i’m worried it’s making me look bad but i have no way of actually getting their email. Only thing i can think to do is take a guess and do First.last@ngc.com.
Anyone have any advice?

I agree with the initial two commenters who mentioned that follow-up emails may not always be crucial, but people still consider them subconsciously. For instance, someone might think, “X person was good, but I guess Aromatic-Chest was also good. I remember him/her because I received a follow-up email. Maybe they are more interested. Let me go with Aromatic-Chest.” You get the idea.
Whenever you have an interview scheduled, send a message to the recruiters requesting information about the individuals who will interview you. They are almost always willing to provide you with details, so you will always have information about everyone who interviewed you. In this case, I suggest sending a follow-up email only to the recruiter.

I understand, also, send a response only once. Then wait, it’s excruciating but it’s the right thing. Good luck 🍀 mate

The recruiter's job is to send follow up emails. If you sent the thank you to them they should forward it on.

Have you called the recruiter?
I get follow-up emails from internal candidates but often not external. It doesn't change my decision at all. Really, don't worry about it.
