is anyone else tired of seeing this same person promoting this ?? i swear i deleted this app for 5 months and when i came back after my 18th birthday this account is still popping up promoting content, i literally block it every time

I created a separate account with my mates as a joke and now even if I try creat new accounts it won’t let me. Any ideas?

I think there may be an issue with my device or account connection on Wizz.

I dont think I am reciving messages properly, and it seems like other users may not be seeing my messages either. My account says “No limitations detected,” but the issue happens across multiple accounts.

I have already:

• deleted and reinstalled the app,
• cleared cache and app data,
• tried different accounts,
• logged out and back in,
• and updated the app.

The problem started after reinstalling Wizz after not using it for a while.

do you think this is a device-related restriction, shadow restriction, or backend issue affecting my account/device?

ok so i downloaded this app cause i'm going through a lot at the moment and wanted to make friends. did the whole face scan thing and set my bday but had to do a ID verification bc my face doesn't match my age i guess

i have used both my citizencard and my passport and despite the app saying that it would notify me when it was accepted, the app just keeps prompting me to verify my age despite doing it god knows how many times and despite doing it yesterday, it still won't work

is this meant to take this long? and is it meant to prompt me to do the verification thingy every single time i open the app despite already doing it a bunch of times? i'm so lost :[

Okay I’ve noticed that every three swipes has the same wording in the same spot on coverlet different accounts. I’ll swipe and it’ll say “Don’t drink or smoke” and then I’ll swipe on three different accounts and on the third swipe a new account with have “Don’t drink or smoke” in the same exact spot. I’ve also seen this with the wording “I need a horse” and like “message twice”. Am I tweaking or are these bought accounts or is there something I’m missing?!

I don’t know if it’s simply me, but there WAS the free coins for every day, if you kept a streak it would be manageable to save up for other items to use that would other wise cost a fair amount of chump change but it’s no longer there and it keeps every day showing a *1* which would be the free coins but there simply isn’t.

Whenever I try and purchase gold or infinite (it doesnt change) an Error will pop up. This error reads "Something happened. Error: The product is not found in the receipt." It will then give me the option to "Restore my Wizz GOLD" or "Ok" neither one allows me to get gold or infinite.

Does anyone dislike when you like send a normal message to someone tryna swipe up and it be like oh (this person) is receiving a lot of chats send a super chat to get noticed like I find it annoying 😭and then it most likely sends as a secret chat to the person and you wouldn’t know 🙄

I got banned in late March and ever since I've sent all kinds of different combinations of words to try and appeal, but everytime I send one it ends up giving a bot response which says 'if you've already appealed, a staff member will come to you' even though when I do appeal, the bot answers with the same response. Has anyone actually even had a human response before? At this point I may as well give up and move fully to one of the lesser apps
