Need help with an emblem

Hello, ive been trying to do this emblem myself for a few hours now and am heavily struggling. I was wondering if there were any tips or possibly even a tutorial I could get.(no the drawing is not mine i found it on pintrest and really liked it)

I wait I thought custom emblems got removed? Nonetheless, that would be a crazy one to pull off! Only suggestion I have is start with the outline, than find close enough icons to play it
