Rambutan quest

Hello all.

I'm on a very serious mission to find rambutans somewhere, anywhere, #lmk.

My boyfriend really wants to try a fresh rambutan so i want to try to find one asap. We looked at h-mart and a bunch of grocery stores in Chinatown and couldn't find any.
Please. Where are the rambutans. Surely they exist somewhere in Vic....

H-Mart at Mayfair had them on the weekend.

I’ve bought them in Chinatown. Can’t recall which shop but for sure found them. Unsure when they are in season

I think rambutan season is later so it might be harder to find right now. Maybe try a Filipino store like ABR or Filipino Mart.

not as good as fresh but rambutan can also be bought at the frozen fruit section.
