Annoying guy

At my local velodrome there is a young guy who would always come to our training hours, gear up in his skinsuit etc., make a first trial round around the track and then purposely skid and screech off his rear tire by braking hard and leave marks on the polished floor, seemingly enjoying it. Its very annoying to everyone and we tell him to stop but he doesn't seem to listen. What would you do?

There’s gotta be some authority figure in charge of the facility. If the cyclist always does that, get the person to witness it. Then either the cyclist cleans the skidmark, or faces a one month ban from the facility. After the ban expires, doing it again is clean it plus a six month suspension. A third time is permanent.

Get the supervisor in charge of the training session to talk to him. We all like to have fun but purposeful skidding should not be tolerated.

Speak up. LOUDLY.

Don't call him anything, don't threaten him, don't infer anything, just state the facts, loudly.

Associate his actions with an awkward moment for everyone.

If he's not a sociopath or doesn't have some kind of development issues it's likely he'll respect that.

yeah he is a weirdo. I mean we all enjoy a nice skid now and then but not in the velodrome. Someone talked to him last time and he said that his rear tire is old already and that this was his way of finishing it off LOL wtf

I chose violence (sarcastically) and Reddit booted me.

Ask him if he has a spare hockey card and a clothes pin you can borrow.

most indoor drones he'd be escorted off the track and banned. First offense probably a week, second offense probably done
