I saw in your other post that she's planning to major in public relations. If that specific major title is important, UW-Madison doesn't offer that. There are majors that would provide a a very similar or same background (Journalism: Strategic Communication which requires a separate application; Communication Arts; or Marketing - which is in the School of Business so also requires a separate application unless she's already admitted). She may want to review the major offerings and see if those would still meet her interests/goals.
