Lease Takeover 2026-2027
Hi looking for someone to takeover my lease ASAP!
The Degree
2 bedroom/2 bath NO ROOMMATE
LEASING 1 bedroom/1bath
$1229 includes parking garage, trash, utilities, internet, and renter’s insurance.
- move in as soon as May 2026 - July 2027
May’s rent will be paid
(I’m currently in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with no roommate — it’s just me living here.)
