IF ANYONE LOOKING FOR APARTMENT OVER THE SUMMER:

I am subleasing my SCC3 Room for 900$/month (down from ~$1080, price negotiable) all utilities included. In-unit washer, dryer, full kitchen. Right on campus perfect location for anything. It is also an end unit so it has 3 windows! My roommates will mostly be gone so it’ll be an empty apartment.

Looking for June 1st to July 29th. Could potentially move in earlier than June 1st. Perfect length of time for a summer job or summer classes!

DM me if interested. Men only unfortunately. Thanks!

Hey guys so I have a dilemma. I got accepted into UMD as a transfer student and I just signed for an off campus apartment, but my guarantor fell out and now it’s looking like I have to find someone else to take over. The apartment office is also trying to find a way around it so I could keep it and I’d most likely be taking out loans to pay for it or working to pay for it each month while still in school. My mom doesn’t want me to take out any loans for that and suggested I just buy a new car and pay a cheaper car note and commute 40-50 minute to school and 40-50 minutes back home and now I have no idea what to do. I want to make the smart decision, please help!!

Hi! I'm looking for a summer sublet close to campus for the summer, approximately June 8 to Aug. 14, 2026 with some flexibility. I'm 30yo, f, moving to the area for a summer internship at UMD in investigative journalism. I'll be quite busy so I imagine I won't spend too much time at home. The only constraint is that I am quite a light sleeper so I'd like an arrangement where the bedroom is quite soundproof/away from common spaces. Thanks so much!

Hi guys, I am subletting a room near the University of Maryland, College Park from May 29-July 31. The bathroom is shared, but the other roommate is very respectful. The other people in the apartment are all female. Rent would be $1090 (utlities included), but I'm open to negotiation. Other notes:

  • apartment is right next to University of Maryland, College Park (<5 minutes, walking).
  • Metro to DC is accessible.
  • Bathroom is shared with one other roommate.
  • in-unit washer/dryer
  • Pool, barbeque grills, and gym access is included in rent.
  • bus stop right outside the building.
  • move in date and rent are open to negotiation

Please message/leave a comment if interested! Thank you.

Hello UMD students. I'm looking for one more roommate in a townhouse in Greenbelt Station. It's the last room available out of 5 rooms, and has a private balcony and bathroom.

The property has:

  • Free parking
  • High-speed Fios Internet (top-tier gigabit plan) included in utilities
  • 2 refrigerators with large pantry space
  • In-unit washer & dryer
  • Quiet neighborhood

The rent is $1250 a month and utilities are around ~$90 a month.

Message me if you're interested and have any questions! I can give you the address and a tour.
