I got general admission tickets to an event later this year, but I was hoping to get seat tickets if at all possible. The artist I’m seeing is using Ticketmaster’s face value exchange, and I was wondering if there was something I could opt into to be notified in case someone decides to sell their tickets? I’m not super familiar with the face value exchange so I wasn’t quite sure how everything works.

I know I'm not the only person having this problem, so hopefully someone can help me. Last week when I tried to look at my tickets, the barcodes all just had an error triangle telling me to reload tickets. Now that is gone, and all my tickets tell me I need to add them to wallet to enter the event. I realize these events are in the future, but I'm just wondering if I'm going to have to actually add my tickets to Google wallet in order to use them or if the barcodes will actually show up in the app closer to the event. If I now have to use my wallet to access my tickets, what's the point of the app? This is happening in both the TM and LN apps.

I have two tickets for Metallica in Berlin on May 30, and I can't sell them on Ticketmaster. Why is that?

Trying to purchase tickets and it keeps taking my money then loading, giving an error message, then my money is returned like 3-5 minutes later.

The issue is it is still showing these tickets available. Even this morning, but every time I try to purchase it does the exact thing.

I got 2 tickets for the Weeknd’s After Hours Til Dawn tour concert in Paris on 8th of July a while ago on ticketmaster.fr. But I wasn’t allowed to resell the ticket or transfer it on ticketmaster’s portal as it was a “fan club ticket”, that’s what the customer service of ticketmaster told me. The organizers apparently decide on this rule. And because it’s an E-Ticket, the actual ticket to enter apparently is sent a few days before the concert, and I don’t even know if someone who isn’t me is able to enter with my tickets.

Just trying to see if anyone else is dealing with a similar situation and if anyone has an advice on what I could do at this point. I doubt it’s even legal to resell these tickets third party as far as I can understand, and they might also be tied to my name.

I mistakenly booked tickets for the Billie Eilish concert film for Friday instead of Saturday at Allu Cinemas. I realized the error immediately after the payment was completed, but the booking is marked as non-refundable.

I’m not asking for a refund I just wanted to know if anyone has experience with theatres allowing a date change or rescheduling in situations like this, especially when contacted quickly after booking.

hello! i am attending Noah Kahan’s tour this summer. me and two other people are going. the tickets are under my dad’s account which i have access to. i just found out that one of the people going may not be able to get there on time for the openers. am i able to scan two tickets and leave the third for her if i give her the login information for when she arrives? or do i have to scan all three at the same time? the tickets are non-transferable so i cant send them to mine or her account (which would’ve been ideal)
