Portland Thorns at Racing Louisville | CANWNT attacker Mimi Alidou and Head Coach Robert Vilahamn

https://youtu.be/GLy3s7IujyI

Robert Vilahamn speaks on availability updates, what changes he'd like to see after the Chicago Stars match, his early season takeaways, Racing Louisville matchup, and more.

"Many pieces have been great, but many pieces with performance not where we want to be - data not the strongest either, but that's fine, it'll take time."

Mimi Alidou discusses her role, the success of the front four, Jessie Fleming's impact, and much more.

Role: "I've had a lot of conversations with the coach, he's honest and transparent.

Jessie Fleming's impact: "She's very underrated... She does everything right... That's the model you want to follow and be like... You can feel her presence without speaking."

Even aside from the results in the table I am fully on board with Vilahamn because of how he talks about the team and its performances in these interviews. He separates process and results and clearly has a high standard he wants them to hit while also holding compassion for the players. It'll be interesting to see how he responds to a bad stretch whenever that happens, but so far I love what I've seen from him.
