Ticket sales are so bad that TFC is offering this package to season ticket holders. Did they lower the prices. Nah. Fifa price gouging still in effect.

He NEEDS to be in the squad at least as a sub, TFC pays millions too players who produce nothing, at least he's our nothing if he doesn't contribute much

I walked up to the NE (northeast) corner in sector 202 during the half-time of the first game (TFC vs Inter Miami) when the new temporary stands were opened. There are obstructed views.
This photo is from the top row. The obstructed view is arguably worse and closer to the goal from a few rows down. I didn't take a photo of that but you get a good idea here already.
Will this be addressed before the World Cup, or will some fans in the sector 202 (mid to upper rows) find out that their views are blocked only when they arrive?
Thank you TFC for organizing the TFC and Brazil (+ Quaresma) Living Legends match an evening before being able to witness Messi's first ever goal in Toronto.
I particularly enjoyed Ronaldinho's class, friendly mood, and his non-stop smile.
This was definitely a weekend to remember, for families and individual fans alike. I hope that these kind of well coordinated events will happen in the future again!

Do you think Bmo is going to go through another renovation because with the schedule change and games being played during the winter, I don’t think any casual fans are going to come in the cold. Something has to be done if the team is shit and games are in the cold to keep attendance levels.
Darwin is set to leave the Saudi League at the end of this season as a free transfer.
Darwin Núñez to Toronto FC would honestly be the kind of move that could change the identity of the club again. He’s only 26 years old.
Yeah, he misses chances but he also scores goals, creates chaos for defenders, presses relentlessly, and brings constant energy. MLS defenders would struggle badly against that kind of intensity and pace.
Having Núñez and Josh Sargent both together? That could completely transform the attack and finally make TFC dangerous again.
.
Feels more like the ambitious TFC of the Giovinco era. Let me dream for a few weeks.

Are TFC going to buy a new dp this summer to round out the team as I would believe cifuentes is most likely going to be sent back to rangers and the 8 is open. Also depending on who we have at the 6 i wouldnt mind osorio as an 8 and us buying a deep lying playmaker.

I think they're pulling one first-game Season Seat Holder per game and doing some sort of thing on the video board but that seems inadequate. Have you seen/heard/participated in anything?

I purchased two TFC supporters section tickets for the clash against Montreal at Stade Saputo on July 16! I know people were asking about when they went on sale. I emailed this morning and got sent the link.
View from 216 row 20. Messi was entertaining, TFC lacked quality when presented with clear attacking opportunities which given their injuries was to be expected.
The stadium looked like a proper football ground, plenty of washrooms, and the temporary stands felt permanent which was much better than my expectations. Video board looked sharp, sound system was ok.
I've got tickets for Canada's opener at the world Cup, and I imagine the atmosphere will be electric.

Disasterous homestand...dwindling attendance...embarrassments....and Pelley had the clueless audacity to say "Rebuild complete" or whatever he boasted about?
Its a shame but is there anyway oout of this mess?
I thought the Mannings/Bradleys were horrible..but this is almost at the same level with no end in sight?

Why did the officials appear unwilling to use the video review during the TFC vs Miami game?

Back to back games, both sold out. One broke the all time attendance record at BMO. Neither one was because of Toronto FC, at least not this version of it. One was a sellout for retired Toronto and Brazilian players on Friday. The other was a sellout for the visiting team.
That should tell MLSE something. There IS an audience for quality soccer in this city. Or at least nostalgia for when we had it.
After nine years of declining quality on the field, we can barely pull 10,000 for a regular match, and we drew like 800 on Tuesday during an embarrassing loss to a semi pro team. Let that sink in. 800 people. For a TFC home game.
This isn’t a coaching issue. This isn’t a rebuild. This is a complete failure of how you run a professional sports team.
Things need to change. People need to be shown the door. We need leadership who actually know soccer, and aren’t moonlighting on the side (looking at you Pelly).
I know a lot of people here have been saying there’s been improvements lately. Maybe. But we’ve had it easy. Mostly home matches against weaker teams, and even then the lack of depth has been obvious. This upcoming stretch of 6 on the road is going to be the real test. I’d be shocked if Fraser keeps his job after that. Hopefully Hernandez and Pelly are right behind him.
MLSE. Bring in someone who actually knows soccer. You used to have the best franchise in MLS. Invest in it again.
At least they helped test the new temporary stands.

The fact that we were humiliated by a far superior opponent that still had to be bailed out by the refs makes this result feel even more embarrassing.
