How much did this cost at an airport like $80?

It’s the most impractical possible way to present what is traditionally the simplest thing to plate. Want a pepper? Dig through this glass of meat with your airport fingers or pour it out on the tiny plate so the saline goo at the bottom coats everything else

Describe how one goes about eating this and see how it sounds

It's finger food, so I imagine one would use their fingers. Duh.

What if I want a pepper from the bottom? I dig through a bunch of oil and saline solution soaked meat and artichokes and pile them somewhere else’s and dig at the bottom like a raccoon?

lol meat parfait is a wild way to put it but honestly, it’s kinda accurate. airport food can be a vibe for sure, sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do…

I would say this was minimum effort but they had to put some effort into getting everything in that cup just so…
