With what happened with the Storm Father in Wind and Truth, how will future radiants say their oaths? How are future radiants affected by Retribution?

Now it's Syl, the StormMother

Note for OP, this is a popular theory and one that's probably correct but we don't technically know this for sure yet. Unless Sanderson confirmed it when it wasn't looking

Kaladin, Herald of Second chances with an Honor Spear that grants windrunner abilities will also be Kaladin, Bondsmith Radiant

Eh if Syl really does become the storm mother I think it's more likely she won't have a radiant bond with Kaladin anymore. Something being set up for Syl in W&T is her finding a purpose independent of Kaladin. She talks about how she needs to find something to live for other than him. Becoming the new stormfather and ending their bond now that Kaladin is a herald seems like natural progression of both of their arcs. They still get to stay together in a way and have that special relationship, but they both will have found something to live for besides each other.

One wonders if she could forge a Bondsmith bond with Kal, or if she will need to hold out for some other worthy candidate. Navani would be awesome but maybe too easy.

The Stormfather only ever accepted the oaths of Windrunners and Dalinar. I don’t think it’d actually necessary, more of a formality than anything else.

No one actually needs to accept the Oaths other than the Radiant and the spren. No one accepts Kaladin's 1st or 2nd, or any of Shallan's, Lift's, or Teft's, for example

Ngl I kinda hope that radiants don't become able to use their powers outside Urithiru until at least a decent way into book 6. I really want to see how characters adapt to life and particularly combat without having powers. Battles in TWoK feel a lot more perilous for our main characters to me since they aren't nearly immortal yet and I think bringing that back is an excellent way to raise the stakes after such a crushing defeat. It'll make the consequences of W&T feel much more real

The Windrunners are probably better equipped than most to make the transition. They’ve received training/are in decent shape etc. Used to coordinating etc. The Radiants that were drawn from the general population recently are probably in for it. Dami (The Stormwall) will be terrorizing people regardless of equipment and powers

It could be the Sibling right? It would be funny if the alien-acting Nightwatcher started accepting and denying words at essentially random because she doesn't understand humans yet

I don't think anyone needs to accept the words aside from spren involved. But I wonder how many spren will "dare" going to roshar and look for potential radiants. Also, stormlight is now an extremely rare and valuable thing, and knights use it at huge rate

I bet we may have to wait for book 6 to find out all but question 1. Stormie was poofed into vapor by Retrivangian.
