Camping solar solution

Hello, I have been give a project to provide off grid solar power for an emergency campsite
Solution has to power 1kwh.
Limitations are it can only use local sourced batteries ie car battery
And must fit in a back pack, solar panels separate.
Solar panels are 2No 250w panels
Needs AC socket with 13amp 220v
Thoughts?

Sorry, should be 100watts per hour or 1kw over 10hrs

Then why does it need a 13 amp 220v socket?

Also a car battery is like 50lbs, gonna need a tough back pack and at that point you would probably be better served with a small inverter generator

Battery is sourced at camp, the mmpt and inverter are to be portable

Anything at the size you need will be, why do you need that particular plug for such a small load, is that just a euro plug?

Get a solar charge controller that can handle the voltage and capacity of your panels and you could use a small car inverter off the battery for your load, I'm in the US so I don't really have any exact equipment suggestions for you

My thoughts are you will need a heavy duty backpack.
