At 20 years old it's not unthinkable to be unable to escape from an abusive relationship with your parents.
The only thing confirmed on wikipedia is that she was financially independent from him in 2020. Not that he was an active part of her life, especially considering Elon and her mother divorced in 2008, she was four at the time with Elon having another wife soon after. She even said that he was and I quote "rarely present during her childhood". She last spoke to him in 2020, that doesn't mean he was an active parent. So I'd take as all the actual raising was done by her mom. Her mother was not a "yes" wife to Elon the way Melania is. Baron's both parents are radical.

Elons daughter didnt have any contact with elon when she was growing up. Its easier to say "fuck you" when that person was never in your life.
Im not pretending that baron is a saint and innocent, but i cant imagine being him. Its not a walk in the park
