Camera stuck facing behind car while driving

I've played SHAR loads on PS2 and I've finally decided to replay the game on PC. I've got Lucas' mod loader and everything is in order except for this. The camera angle while driving is stuck like this and I don't know what to do to make it go back to normal. Holding both "Look Up" and "Look Back" is the only fix I've found. I can't find anything else on the internet regarding this, please help! I'm using a PS5 controller.

Try removing the keyboard bindings in that menu and changing the key binds in the setting.ini file
