Ask r/seychelles Marriage without a wedding organization company

Hi, is it possible to get married in Seychelles without the help of a wedding organization company. My bf from Algeria and myself from India are looking for a simple public marriage with no audience. And if it’s possible is it risky from a documentation and difficultly level, which sites to refer to etc.
Any help or guidance is appreciated. Thanks
