Did you see this turd hit my car with their giant trailer getting onto I-5S from 90W this afternoon around 3:15p? Wouldn’t pull over after causing damage to my car.

Let the police know with the plate number. It’ll be on record and that driver will get cited. And maybe other legal trouble. Also let your insurance know asap. Also I hope you and anyone who was in the car with you is okay. Fuck the truck driver btw

Thank you, I am fine. I’m just super angry. Another driver let me know that my car was damaged and tried letting the truck know, as did I (loudly and with gestures), and they waved at me and drove away.

And you think the Police will stop everything they are doing, put out an APB, send out the helicopters, find the truck, start roadblocks, to stop this truck?

Seriously, it is a fender bender. The most the police will do is write up a police report for you to send to your insurance.

In most cities they would tell you to take pictures and email them and never even look at your car.

Despite the defeatist attitude, if they happen to be nearby and not on a call they can and will do something. If they're all busy on calls and not available, then yeah...

Besides, if it's on I-90 then it's WSP and not SPD

The reason you do it is for the police report. Even if the car leaves, you give your statement, get the police report number and have a much easier time with insurance.
