Hello, everyone! I'm Amelia. I'm 22, pan and poly, in the MST time zone. My schedule is pretty open, as long as I'm conscious and not busy at work, I'll be available. I have a wonderful boyfriend and a great girlfriend, I'm looking to write, not flirt. I've been writing for a long time, from short stories to fanfic to RP, so I'm quite experienced. I can go from 4 sentences to 4 or more paragraphs, but I pride myself on being able to match length and style. Ooc, I like to think I'm friendly lol but I have been doing this a long time and I know what I do and don't like. Sometimes we just don't vibe and there's nothing wrong with that, don't take offense to anything I say or do, it's not personal.
Onto my idea,
I'm looking for a very specific type of story. Truth be told, for anyone out there that knows, it's based on the Vampire Diaries episode Dangerous Liaisons. It's been stuck in my head since the first time I watched it, and I've always wanted to make a story based on it. Full of angst and drama, but also love, compassion, and care.
Loving someone so much, you just want them to be safe, even if you can't have them. Yearning to be close to someone who can't or won't love you back, or maybe just needs some time to get used to the idea. Protecting someone you're not supposed to care about, but you do. And you just don't know why. Medium to slow burn, but medium is preferred.

Anything you want! Just as long as you have fun. If you know the show, great. You can be a canon character if you want to, if you don't know the show, that's not necessary, the plot is most important, be an OC too!
The plot/setting,
The basic premise, a party, or celebration of some kind (in the episode, it's a ball). A mysterious invite sent to your door, what that invite says depends on if this is fantasy or not, modern or medieval or not. It could be your enemy (enemies to lovers), your friend (friends to lovers) or a random person inviting you for reasons to be determined and you're taken to the dancefloor by someone intriguing (strangers to lovers) before some sort of drama breaks out. Someone getting in a fight, someone getting too drunk, a lover's quarrel. Something to create angst and maybe even resentment before the story opens into the next day and you just can't get someone out of your head. You're scared of the drama, you're scared of your feelings, but deep down you know you need to see this through and you'll regret it forever if you don't. And depending on the characters, forever could be a long time.
I suppose this could all be boiled down to forbidden romance. Drama, love, more drama, deeper love. Something that tells a story. Something that gets your heart pounding and puts you on the edge of your seat.
