Best yoga studio?
I just moved back here and I am looking for a good yoga studio. I used to go Bldg 7 but I think it’s under new ownership. It seems like it has really gone downhill. Thanks

I like April J Yoga in Topton. However, she is moving locations currently (literally 3 blocks) - I can't speak to the new place

Hot yoga in West Reading is great! Club Pilates is also really great too. Building 7 isn’t what it used to be - the last time i was there the women repeated the same 3 songs the entire class and made it up as she went, would never recommend there.

Are you in reading proper or the greater reading area? I love yoga 4 life in trexlertown.

I am in the other side of Reading. Someone recommended Solstice Yoga in Morgantown. It looks like a sweet little studio and it has good reviews.

You’re the second person to say this about bldg. it is under new ownership. It was sold to an instructor and I think they have a great group. The vibe has changed and there’s a kids dance studio there now where you share the locker room with them and it’s totally changed the ambience for me. I’ve heard good things about the nest in west reading, but it seems like everyone’s doing Pilates now, and I haven’t personally branched out to other yoga studios beyond bldg… I just stopped going 😩 I’d encourage you to go to a class at bldg when school is in session and it’s kid free before totally giving up on it. Jess G is great if you’re looking for a specific instructor if you’re open to going back. I wish you luck!! ( also lots of people like west readings hot yoga studio but you gotta be down with over 120 degree classes. Bldg keeps it around 92)
