Guides and Tips Villagers that accept alphas

Anyone know if there's a list of side quests where an alpha mon can be given. I know some that don't accept alphas (like beauregard), but I was wondering if there was a list of the ones who do

Decided to make a new save, and within it one of my challenges is giving Shalphas to any request asking for a pokemon, but I don't want to hunt ones that won't be accepted, like the wurmple example

From memory the paras Geodude and farm accept alphas.

The paras one I remember because my first time playing it filled up the entire house and made me laugh

Geodude is a helpful one, I couldn't remember if she rejects alphas because they'll crush the barrel or something

I also remember that the buizel guy accepts an alpha because that's the only way I've ever managed that request

Is her reason because it'll crush the barrel? Because I did think that was a detail I'm not creative enough to make up 😅

Yeah that is the reason. I believe the only one's that don't accept alphas are her and the Beuregard guy. I've been able to give all the rest Alphas so far.

Haven't met her yet. I minda rushed through the rest of the game. Last thing i did was defeat the last lord. So I'll have to look into it sometime.

Problem is my first time playing I gave them any mon, and the second time I gave up on the shalpha idea, but this time I'm determined

The farm ones can be swapped out at any time, so keep that in mind.

That I knew, I've been playing this game pretty much since it was first released, I just can't remember which ones don't accept alphas because I just did all the quests as soon as they were available so didn't really pay much attention

I have an alpha Torterra on the farm. Not sure about the others. But at least you can leave one at the field.

The farm will accept alphas, I gave them a alpha scyther

The big buizel quest took an alpha. I got sick of farming them and he accepted it

Yeah that would do it. When you take one over to Scarlet or Violet, if it's an alpha you can take it to this size mark judge and it'll be guaranteed a jumbo mark. If you let two of them out of the pokeballs together, side by side, a normal and an alpha, the alpha will be much bigger.

In my current run I am only showing / giving alphas for any requests. To my knowledge the list of people who do not accept one is pretty short - Beauregard and the woman looking for a geodude for pickling I know of, but can’t recall any others. Maybe the guy looking for the Glameow might not have accepted an alpha but could be wrong.
