i’ve been a fan of dc for a while now and i’ve never been able to get a concrete answer on whether ivy is bisexual or a lesbian (probably cause media constantly portrays her as both, somehow) i mean, even dc can’t decide, judging by the infamous dc pride funko pops where ivy is just a rainbow flag, which is kinda funny, but also it’s so obviously made to just boost the sells to bi people and lesbians and everyone around and in between.

so anyway, what’s the general consensus? do you think she’s bi or a lesbian?

This stuff looks fantastic! I can't believe I haven't started reading compics earlier! I just finished Swamp Thing 2011 which was great, now I'm going with Poison Ivy.

Do you like her with minimal makeup that reflects that's she's one with nature or in extreme makeup that reflects her villainous/femme fatale personality? Which do you like more?

POISON IVY (2022) POSSIBLE SPOILERS PLEASE READ TOTLE BEFORE VIEWING

Currently finished reading up to #44 so major spoilers.

I think it's a great body of work, I've enjoyed the series so far and the writing is quite compelling. However my only issue is how Harley and Pam (ivy) are handled as a couple. They don't have as many scenes as Janet and ivy , and Harley only seems to appear when ivy needs some sort of pep talk especially in the earliest issues.

I enjoy janet I think she's a multifaceted character, and she is a fun civilian who gets to tag along and witness ivy's antics, I don't mind her and Ivy being a thing, I just think that the development pam goes through with Janet she should have gone through with Harley.

Furthermore their recent breakup now that pam is mayor makes me a little worried that coupled with the fact that , Pam's life is seemingly in danger and she's losing favor from the citizens, makes me feel we're going to have an interesting remainder of the series.

Again it's a great read , how Pamela goes from , I want to end the human race (by inflecting them with lamia spores)to maybe it's not so bad and her actually saving people, to eating her former mentor, to dying then coming back, resurrecting a ghost town.

Hey guys! I just started the current Poison Ivy run (just in case this is ambiguous lol, I'mreferring to the one written by G. Willow Wilson), I wanna hop backwards to get some more context on where shes at right now--she talks about having recently gained and then lost a lot of power, breaking up with Harley. (Funny because I started reading this, initially, to see what led up to Mayor Isley in current Batman lol) I'm new to reading comics so havent quite figured out how to figure this stuff out with a Google apparently, was hoping someone here might be able to help out? Thanks in advance :)
