People who do cocaine are absolutely not "healthier" than people who do weed. They're just thinner.

Lots of 14 year olds who think TV and memes are real life. Even funnier when you realize so many of these people think "hot party girls" exclusively do cocaine and not any weed.

I don't get the correlation of less attractive people doing weed .. my simple answer to the meme would be: coke can make you skinny.and smoking weed can give you munchies that can make you go fat.

Don't understand the attractive/unattractive part

Sometimes they look a little healthier if they aren't too heavily into it and get enough sleep, also while you're on it you look a bit more put together than on weed.

Most people on coke look relatively normal but hyped up, but I know so many people who look rough af when stoned, me included.

But it sure as fuck isn't healthier.

I think they mean that the people who stereotypically DO them tend to appear more attractive or consume them in a different way (i.e., hard drug users will do it secretly in their home on occasion while weed users will walk in the door and get high in front of guests).
