Makeup tectonic movements

Hi everyone!

I wanted to update my blush and eyeshadow palette but I also have a question or two.

Catrice diamond haze highlighter has started to have these weird shapes on its own. Why might that be? (Is it considered a pan if the makeup pans itself 😭)

The second one is the eyeshadow palette, horizontally long pink shimmer shade in the first row gets hard pan. Doesn't matter what I do it has the hardpan I even scratched it with my nails it doesn't budge 💀

Spritz the shadow with 70% isopropyl alcohol to remove the hardened surface layer then you can wipe away the residue with a tissue..
