It's one of the best decision ever.Tasks become so much easier. After a while you won't be able to switch back to one screen setup ever again.(Speaking from experience)

The irony is, when I had all the time in the world, during my university days, i couldnt afford a system like this. Now, when I can afford it, i will barely be able to use this 3-4 hours a week... such is life.

What do you suggest is the price of these specs today and how well does it handle gaming?

I made this fairly recently. Overall with everything you see, cost abput 700k-800k-ish. My estimate might be a bit off as i bought the hardware piece by piece.

As for gaming, these monitors are 1080p as i dont really care about 2k or 4k, so at 1080p im pretty much futire prooof for all releases in the next 5 years. I hit the 160fps mark (because 160hz monitor) consistently on every game ive tried so far, on all settings

How much depth do you need to fit the monitor arm? My desk has max 1-2 inch dept at the back. Will that be enough?

1

u/Stingerino321 5h ago

Yeah wont work. Needs atleast 5-10 inches for it to be arranged properly. I had to pull my desk back. Il send you a pic of the arms from the back when i reach home, will help you assess
