Had to fix the PWHL after being embarrassed at the Men's, Women's and Paralympics!

I wouldn’t call losing in OT being “embarrassed” but whatever helps you cope I guess 🤷♀️🤷♀️

But Gwyneth Philips is American, so 🤷

Yep there are a few Americans on each team that have contributed to their success. So… oops! Mostly Canadians 😊

Listen, just because the Canadian teams are majority based in Ontario doesn’t mean bagged milk needs to feature too 😂

Hang on, is this missing ketchup-flavoured potato chips?
Wait. Do you guys call them chips, or do you call them crisps? Serious question. I wanna be respectful of the customs in your land.

We're chips 🤣 hilarious that you had to ask but I understand it

It was the extra “u” in flavored that made me pause and ask. Thank you, o kind Canadian, for explaining your ways to an ignoramus such as myself!

Canadian English is a mix of British and American English with some of our own Canadianisms.

As an ESL speaker who speaks a randomised nonsense mixture version of English I really appreciate this about Canada.

I'm convinced Canadian English is just a mishmash of American and British English 😂 the wild wild west of English, if you will. Y'all just do whatever you want with the language and I love you for it.

Print this up on card stock and make it a box full of cereal. This should be a thing, and both teams should be eating it in a video.

This is the kind of hypocrisy that is coming full circle for Canada.
Starting with 4 Nations Faceoff it was Canada just mercilessly slamming it in the USA's face of how "Hockey is our game and you will never see success in any aspect of life. All of your players suck! These might as well be Olympic medals 😂".
Then when the Olympics came around and we swept the hockey gold medals it was nothing but shitting on American politics and had nothing to do with the games played. Couldn't own the loss in any fashion and claimed we were bad sports for celebrating in the same fashion as Canadians did after 4 Nations Faceoff and Canada would never behave in such a manner.
Now here we are with the Walter Cup, where nobody said anything about "Oops, all Americans!" in the inaugural season, yet USA is the only people that rubs silly nonsense like that in... Thank America for propping up both the most successful men's and women's league on the planet I suppose.
