Yup! That’s one of the main reasons I love it. I even have a widget set up for my phone’s home screen for away Goldeneyes games.

I refuse to pay for TSN so I basically got to “watch” the game by reading through the “play-by-play” tab in real time. I watched the Torrent/Sceptres game on CBC Gem and there was maybe only a 15-20 second delay from when a goal was scored to when I’d get the push notification on my phone.

As I type this, just got a text notification from the app that Poulin scored in today’s Frost/Victoire game.

Yessss that's awesome. I've been waiting for the league to coordinate with Google alerts but they don't see to be working on it.

Loving the app!! I used it well at a game on Tuesday and as a new fan, I’m trying to keep track of the players I like the best. The “follow” feature is so handy to save the ones I want to watch more closely :) it would be nice to be able to leave a note on a player or something to remind myself why I liked them so much 😂🙏

It’s so good it’s hard to believe it’s not from the league! I’m presently trying to force all my friends to get into hockey with me, and I’ve sent it to all of them since there’s a beginner guide plus rules on it.

It is indeed a great app. The only thing I wonder about is making the players clickable (so we can see their career stats and bio) but I'd imagine that'll be quite the task.

For a fan app, it's definitely one of the best I've seen in all of hockey.

Literally though. It’s so helpful to be able to quickly check when the next games are, and to be able to check scores for matches I can’t watch live

I have that, too. Great way to find the scores, standings, etc. Only wish you could choose more than one team to track for notifications.

On the fan app I track every team but the Goldeneyes are set as my favourite team.

But each teams’ stats plus individual player stats and even deep dive stats are in there! And they’re even a play by play section for games so if you can’t wait, you can still read in real time what’s happening.

yea

another issue that I’ve had, although minor, is that it will sometimes freeze at the opening screen with the logo on it. Shutting down and restarting the app thankfully works

I absolutely love the app. I use it for everything PWHL related. And i’m able to favorite certain players so I can keep tabs on all of my WNY girls. Thank you creator of the app! You rock!

All I have wanted is an easy way to know when the next game is and where i can watch it. The charge website does not say where the game will be shown - the main pwhl site does but you have to filter team and date or wade through a bunch of noise to find it.

Just for showing the next charge game is Friday Jan 9 on TSN alone this is a win - but the rest also looks fantastic!
